This is also applicable for Multisite installs as each domain needs to be checked, monitored and removed from all blacklists. Also, Each subdomain with it’s own CMS installation and database requires it’s own security plan if you want it to be scanned or cleaned as it’s counted as a separate website as it’s files and database content needs to be scanned and cleaned.

Yes, We can clean websites hosted anywhere if you can provide us with FTP, SFTP, SSH or hosting control panel access. We also support malware & blacklist removal for Wix, Shopify and similar services but the daily antivirus file scanner & website firewall services will not work on wix or shopify as it requires DNS changes for the firewall activation and file manager access for the website antivirus file scanner to be configured and to run daily.
The Website Antivirus (Daily file scanner & Auto cleanup) requires your hosting environment to support PHP. Otherwise, It needs to be scanned or cleaned manually by our security staff.

You can change the covered website by your plan as long as it was not cleaned by our security experts or used our malware removal services either automated or manual investigation or cleanup services. Once a website is cleaned, The domain will be associated to the plan until the current expiry date and can no longer be changed or swapped. If you want to clean or protect your other sites then you can add more sites to your account but each site will require it’s own plan.
